Despite the ongoing scrutiny faced by the crypto industry, cryptocurrencies are still a preferred gambling method for both players and casino operators, with the start of the Football World Cup and gambling platforms like BC.GAME are starting new digital promotions and connecting with football fans.
BC.GAME, one of the largest crypto casinos, officially announced the start of the Coco Carnival promotion, where casino players can make World Cup game predictions and be in contention to win up to $2.1 million in prizes or a Tesla car.
Coco Carnival is a separate online portal that’s part of the BC.GAME website, and it is one of the only crypto casinos to be a sponsor of the Argentinian Football Team. Coco Carnival is a page dedicated only to football fans and especially to World Cup bettors.
The promotion allows bettors to submit their World Cup predictions before November 26th, 2022, and be in contention to win a grand prize of $100,000 for an accurate forecast. In addition, participants must predict the winner of each specific group as well as predict who will be this year’s 2022 World Cup winner.
As per the company’s statement, the winning pot will be divided if more than one player guesses the correct countries. Also, to prevent any issues, BC.GAME only allows one submission per account, and only VIP 4 and above players can participate in the event for free.
BC.GAME has become one of the main sponsors of the Argentine Football Association, and future events will also extend to the internal AFA championship. BC.GAME eventually seeks to increase engagement between football clubs, players, and the crypto casino to increase the number of casino users.
Sports and crypto companies
Sporting events are starting to be a preferred partnership opportunity for cryptocurrency companies. This is because sports have the capacity to reach a large demographic, resulting in a faster adoption process for crypto companies. Major companies like crypto.com, VeChain, or Binance have struck meaningful partnerships with players like Cristiano Ronaldo or major sports events such as UFC or Formula 1. Even more so, companies such as Stake or BC.GAME is partnering with sporting teams in a bid to introduce crypto gambling to a broader audience. While unregulated crypto gambling platforms are less likely to achieve significant sponsorship status, stake.com or BC.GAME is a more strictly regulated entity which helps increase the trust factor.
